By downloading, installing, or using the TripLens mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our application.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TripLens regarding your use of the application.

TripLens is intended for use by individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using the application, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Most of your personal content is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

TripLens is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to TripLens at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may also terminate your use of the application at any time by deleting it from your device.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the application or other reasonable means. Your continued use of the application after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law
